SAFETY RULES
- All users must wear a life jacket at all times and are not allowed to remove it under any circumstances.
- Always maintain a minimum distance of 100 meters from any other vessel.
- The safety lanyard must be attached to your wrist at all times while riding.
- If you lose control of the jet ski, pull the cord to shut off the engine and wait for a staff member to assist you.
- Driving the jet ski is prohibited for those under 18 years of age (allowed from 16 with parental authorization).
- Customers will be taken to a platform 350 meters from the shore, where they will receive the jet ski.
- Riding is only allowed within the marked circuit, which is signaled by two red buoys placed 300 meters apart.
- Before starting the activity, make sure you have fully understood the safety rules.
CONTRACT CONDITIONS
◾ The user agrees to read and follow all navigation and safety rules stated in this contract.
◾ Staff members are equipped with remote control systems and may stop the jet skis if any danger to other users or swimmers arises.
◾ If you fail to comply with the safety guidelines, the jet ski will be confiscated without refund.
◾ Any user who violates these safety or navigation rules will be held accountable by the Spanish authorities.
◾ This activity is covered by a Civil Liability insurance policy.
ACCIDENTS – REPAIRS
In case of accident or damage caused by misuse, repair costs must be paid at the establishment.
KEY LOSS
◾ If the key is lost, a fee of €25 must be paid at the establishment.
